Universal PROM programmer, commands are available under the ISIS-II
operating system for performing the following operations:
- Loading the data to be programmed from a selected input device (disk
file, paper tape or system console) into the MDS memory.
- Displaying or changing data in the MDS memory.
- Programming a segment of a PROM with the data which are stored beginning
at a specified address in the MDS memory.
- Transferring a block of data in a PROM into memory so that the contents
of the PROM may be examined through the system console or used to produce
a duplicate PROM.
- Transferring a block of data from a PROM into a disc file.
- Comparing a block of data in a PROM with the contents of a segment of
memory (program verification).
